Holiday Return Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! Here's what to do if you're not:

 

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package and exchange your items by Jan 2nd, 2015 to the address below. We have extended our return policy for the holidays! Include the original invoice when sending the item back.  If you require an exchange, please fill out the exchange portion on the return form.  We do not provide return shipping, all items being shipped back are at the buyer's expense.  Any exchanges and shipping costs associated with them must also be paid by the buyer.  RETURN FORM must be filled out completely. We do not refund any shipping charges for items being sent back.  Only the cost of the product is refunded.

 

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.  Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied.  Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair will be rejected or may be subject to a dry cleaning fee. 

 

Items sent back following the above criteria will be granted a refund.  Please allow up to 14-21 (2-3 WEEKS) business days for the refund to appear on your account.  We will notify you via email once your refund has been issued. Any orders sent back that fulfill the above criteria but are past Jan 2nd will be returned to the sender, you will be responsible for any shipping charges to have the items sent back.  If your return is accepted after the Jan 2nd postmark date per our discretion you will only receive a store credit for the item at the current selling price.  Any returns accepted (per our discretion) past Jan 2nd may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and only store credit can be issued.  No refunds will be made on returns accepted past the Jan 2nd date.  Please note the sale price will be reflected online or in-store.   Online orders can NOT be returned in-stores.  ALL returns are to be shipped to our Returns Department, see address below. There will be no exceptions made.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable.  Credit will not be issued for the following:

  • All items purchased on SALE OR PURCHASED DURING A SAMPLE SALE are a FINAL SALE (Sale items may have slight imperfections please be aware before buying as refunds will not be made for damages)
  • Hair accessories.
  • Undies and bodysuits.
  • Jewelry/Accessories/Purses and/or Clutches

Any items sent back with makeup, pet fur, or any other stains will be sent to be dry-cleaned and/or repaired and only issued a refund  per our discretion if the item is in sellable condition. The amount refunded will be total of the item less any dry-cleaning and/or repair fees.  Any DAMAGED Items sent back without a prior RA# as outlined below will be returned to sender and not issued a refund.  You will be responsible for any return shipping fees for items sent to back that do not fit the above criteria for returns or items that were a final sale.

Any returns accepted (per our discretion) past Jan 2nd may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and only store credit can be issued.  No refunds will be made on returns accepted past Jan 2nd.

*Any orders sent with FREE SHIPPING will be subject to the original shipping fees if 50% or more of the order is returned

 

All returns/exchanges brought into the store must be by Jan 2nd and will only receive an exchange or store credit.
